For Existing Clients

**Only existing client have log-in access to the Client Portal.

By using the portal existing clients can: 

• Participate in virtual session

• View upcoming & past appointments,

• Schedule future appointments,

• Access treatment plans,

• Update demographics and other various forms,

• Complete office forms and documents, 

• Complete assessments to measure outcomes and progress.
